How Zencino respects and safeguards your personal data.
When you interact with our website or create an account, we collect necessary operational details including your name, email address, and shipping address. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Account passwords are hashed and salted before storage and are never stored or transmitted in plain text. Payment card and sensitive financial information are handled securely by accredited payment gateways and never touch our servers.
When you click 'Buy on Amazon', our website logs an anonymized click event for campaign attribution and redirects you to Amazon. No customer personal identification is transmitted in this redirect.
You can request an export of your account data or request account deletion at any time from your Account Settings page.
Zencino Challenge coupons are unlocked in the Arrow Shift: Logic Puzzle mobile game. The game does not send your gameplay data, device details or the country you select in the game to zencino.com, and links from the game to our website carry no personal information. If you redeem a Zencino Challenge coupon, we receive only the coupon code as part of your order, and process it like any other order under this policy. The game's own data practices are described in its Google Play listing and privacy policy.
